Registration FAQ

I just found out I can't go for a really good reason. Can I get a refund?

All purchases are nonrefundable. Your unredeemed pass may be transferred to another attendee via Eventbrite with a $25 transfer fee.

I'm having trouble using the Eventbrite website. Whom should I contact for assistance?

Check out the Eventbrite Support center to get help with issues using the Eventbrite website.

I bought a Festival pass. Where do I pick it up?

Please bring your Eventbrite confirmation email or a government-issued ID to the Festival Hub (800 Congress Avenue). There you will redeem ticket for your festival credentials, pick up a program guide and find other helpful information about the Festival.

Thursday, Sept. 26: 8 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 27: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 28: 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.

How do I pay by check, purchase order or wire transfer?

We are no longer accepting registrations by check or purchase order. All passes and tickets must be purchased via Eventbrite.

Wire transfers are only accepted for amounts over $1,000. Contact us for wire transfer details.

I am a student. How can I obtain the student discount for The Texas Tribune Festival?

Student and educators passes are available on our Registration page. To qualify for this discount, you must register with a .edu or isd.net email address.

If you use a non-institutional-affiliated address, you will need to provide proof of current affiliation by sending us a letter from your admissions office or registrar confirming enrollment or your current schedule. Contact us with your proof of enrollment and contact details.
