Lacy has served as regional director of the Census Bureau’s Denver office since 2007, where she oversees administration and public relations for the bureau in 12 states. She previously served as chief of the Census Field Division’s Decennial Administrative Branch, overseeing staff and survey interviewers. Lacy has also served as a survey statistician, area manager and assistant regional census manager for the Census Bureau.
