Cristina Rodríguez

Leighton Homer Surbeck Professor of Law at Yale Law School

Rodriguez is a law professor at Yale Law School, where she specializes in constitutional law, immigration and administrative law. She previously served as deputy assistant attorney general in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel from 2011 to 2013. Rodriguez is currently a non-resident fellow at the Migration Policy Institute and is set to release a new book, “The President and Immigration Law,” with Adam Cox in December.
