Chief of Policy & Innovation at Right on Crime at the Texas Public Policy Foundation


Levin founded the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s criminal justice program in 2005. In 2010, he developed the foundation’s Right on Crime initiative, a project in partnership with Prison Fellowship and the American Conservative Union Foundation that promotes conservative criminal justice reforms. Levin has published dozens of articles on law and public policy, which have appeared in publications including The Wall Street Journal and the National Law Journal.
